Leadership in Rockford

The administration from Allegro Academy attended the 2011 graduation luncheon for Leadership Rockford Program hosted by the Rockford Chamber of Commerce. Their mission is to enhance awareness of business, government and civic issues and opportunities through an interactive process and motivate direct involvement in business and community leadership.

Jeff Kaney, of Kaney Aerospace talked to the graduates about how to use those skills in the workforce. It was an inspiration for all in attendance.

125 School Children Pray for Schools and Peace

125 School children at Allegro Academy  located in Rockford, Illinois, started their day by praying for their friends, school, city, nation, and world. Children prayed for wisdom and peace. Will test scores improve today? Let’s stay tuned.
